Dear All,
I wanted to import some pellets in .177 calibre. Could someone please enlighten me on the various ways to do so.

1) If i order them from pyramidair or any other similar site, would they be confiscated?

2)If I or someone (on my behalf) brings them back via the baggage route, is this allowed?

3) If yes, What is the limit on quantity?

Any help will do!

Thanks in advance.

Thats where the catch! That was not the port of entry.

If he would have decleared in the port of entry, things would have been diffrent. He was passing through green channel and not declearing the restricted iteam is always risky.

Two of my friends ordered ten tins each of pellets from US within a gap of 1 month. The last shipment came this week, successfully, delivered at home. Has the rule banning the import via post changed in past few months?

Ask your friends if they see a white ambassador car outside their house with long antennas and safari-suit clad, well mustached personalities ;)

Called up to confirm and actually, a friend in US bought and shipped them. The form on the box says .177 lead pellets.
