i remember seeing this model in the diana catalogue with gsmith in pune,,approx 36-38k with different models of panther,i had noticed the 34.panther.

I will second what Parag had suggested-Magnum Arms. He had a few dianas in stock on my last visit,but dont recall seeing the model u have asked for! But give him a buzz and maybe he can arrange one for u?
