Buying Products/Accessories Directly from Precihole Sports

I purchased the PX100 combo 2 years ago directly from the Precihole website. kit included rifle, scope, and pump. One year later, I replaced the O-ring kit for the rifle due to air leakage, and the same leakage started when it was just 2 years old, and the pump was also showing problems. So I decided to buy an O-ring kit for both. When I disassembled the pump, the kit supplied by the company was not compatible, and when I contacted the Precihole customer support, the lady asked me for 24 hours for the resolution, and on the next day she asked me to send a photograph of the pump. After she said the kit was for an older model, which is not compatible with the newer model. I didn't see any such details on their website while ordering, and the model number mentioned on my pump box is HP200. after she asked to take a video showing where exactly the leakage was happening and later told me that they don't have spares for the newer model as they are not manufacturing it and just trading it!!! I decided to purchase the pump directly from Precihole so that we will get future support for the products they sold, and similar items were readily available at Amazon and many other online sellers at that time for almost half the price, and most of them having one set of O-ring kit with it. Most of the accessories listed in precihole website (trading items, as they say) are selling at higher prices that we will get for lesser rates from online sellers.
From where can I source the O-ring kit? Any help is appreciated.

The Precihole customer support team is much worse and doesn't have any basic knowledge of the products the company is selling and is also very rude to customers.
