You can join a shooting club near you or you can join Ksra.

No academy allows to use our own gun. They ask to use the weapon available at the academy

If you own a weapon you can use it at the club, if you are a member. If you are a visiting shooter you will be asked to use the club weapon.

Better to become a member , if you are really interested in shooting, that way you will also get an opportunity to participate in shooting competitions.
