.177 Evanix Vortex PCP Rifle issue in Fill Nipple- Non Return Valve

Hi friends
I have been using.177 Evanix Vortex PCP Rifle for the nine months. It has a Fill Nipple attached with the tank. This Fill Nipple starts leaking after 3-4 months. There are a spring and a nylon part (aNon Return Valve-NRV) in this Fill Nipple or Adaptor. Every time, leakage occurs from the Fill Nipple, that spring and nylon part (NRV) require to be changed. There is the same problem with the rifles with my other two friends.
I need parmanant solution for this issue. This NRV should be durable enough for at least a year or so. In stead, it starts leaking air every 3 months. Please suggest me and others any solution.

Try writing to the company, They might offer a replacement or work a solution around the problem.

Khan have you solve the NRN issue? I thought of buying Avanix Vortex but after going through your issue I am down. Was it hard to find the kits.

I have been having an issue of the NRV after every 3 months. Is there a way to stop leakage of air from NRV Or can i buy the NRV of 10 piece. What will be the price per piece?

Why don't you try to find best quality spring. Might be cause of the spring

the Evanix vortex you have is it the gen 2 version with the regulator ?
