Penetration Power of my SDB 65

Hello Guys.
I have three air rifles. Aarmr National 350 Magnum, SDB 65, and Canon Model 35.
Other than SDB 65, my both other models can penetrate an aluminum bucket but not this one. Can anyone suggest why? Even if I ignore aarmr 350 because it is out of the league, the far cheaper variant Model 35 is also able to do that but not SDB 65. Can anyone please tell me?
