SDB Xena Airgun .177 Barrel Lock Malfunction

Dear Friends,
I am experiencing a malfunction with my SDB Xena .177 air rifle, which is almost one year old. The problem is, after cocking the gun, I am unable to lock the barrel, when I closely investigated this matter, I noticed the lock that locks the barrel had moved from its default position. I don't know how to fix it also, I am from Tamil Nadu, Chennai and I checked SDB official website there seem to be no authorized service centers in Chennai. I have attached the photo and the video of the same, Kindly advise me on how to resolve the issue or if you know a reliable SDB service center in my city to fix my airgun, I will be much grateful.
