Nothing is mentioned in Arms rules regarding airsoft guns so you shouldn’t have any problem.

maybe asking a lawyer would be a better choice, i really love airsoft and if local manufacture is allowed damn that will be awesome!

Yes please hire a very good lawyer who will do the homework for you , also if at all any formalities are needed then here too the lawyer can be of help.
