Since we do not need license, can under 18 person handle gun with adult supervision? Age is 16

It's a juvenile question....a mature 16- or 8-year old may handle this air pistol without adult supervision, while it would be dangerous in the hands of... say, an immature 30-year old!!!

There won’t be any legal trouble. Get the kid this air pistol he will enjoy. I have the same.

I got my first airgun when I was 10 years old. Also if the kid can join this forum he can learn a lot.

The definition of legal trouble is rather ambiguous... so long as the pistol is used away from prying eyes, perhaps at a spacious home, or a range, there won't be any trouble. Unfortunately, times have changed, even I got my first air rifle as a toddler and a .22 Air Rifle in my pre-teens.. but, all said, please do handle it with respect.

Age is no barrier unless you are too mischievous. If you can properly handle a weapon then there are no issues. I have been around weapons since childhood.
