Hi,
I have a Canon LG 023 .177 Air Rifle. I was trying to find out more about the rifle and where its orgins are from.
Anyone with some insights on this antique would be great. Also what its worth would be.

The rifle is made in kolkatta. I owned one which i purchased in the year 2008.Till now it produce smoke when fired. I hardly have fired 50 pellets through it till now. The gun is in the heavier site and is build like a tank.
I have no idea about its accuracy, but it comes fitted with a peep site.

This resembles with Camon LG 65 though it is printed as Canon LG 35.
This is one of the finest AR during the time you purchased it.
Try to contact any member who knows the AR and stays near by.
He can transform this AR into a great performer.
Canon is known for its deadly accuracy and not for power.
Olympic Sports used to make it.
Now they have gone for other business.
I am not too sure whether or not they ARs any more.

A good "tuning" will transform the AR.
