My Ongoing Experience With Airsoft (AKA my Krytac SPR is stuck help)

Hello all.
I have been interested in airsoft for a few years now, and last year I decided to bite the bullet and try to import an APS M4. It worked! It was a polymer gun and the gearbox and hopup were crap but at least I got it. Few months later, decided to order a TM 1911 Night Warrior GBB. Got that too! And I even got a replica EOTech, tactical mags, and some very basic airsoft gear delivered, though that shipment did take 3 months before Customs released it. The guns I got within 10 days.
Now, my love for airsoft has increased monumentally since I actually started playing it. As such, I decided to order a Krytac MK2 SPR. I was fully expecting customs to keep it for a few weeks, but months went by. And then, I found out that CISF actually got my SPR for "forensics." I got the contact of a commissioner there and have been talking to him since, but its always "it'll take another week or two, we havent been told anything by forensics yet." Surely they can figure out in months if a rifle is real or not?! I do plan on visiting the Delhi FPO in a few days for another gun (CYMA AK74M, its a smaller bet but still just as unlikely) but is there any way I can directly deal with CISF about this rather than over the phone?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
