Sir Even I Am searching on it. already speak to few dealers. no clue yet. few points which i conclude is ---
GST on every lead item is 18%.
GST on Ammo is also 18%.

Chapter 93 - of the GST RATE SCHEDULE FOR GOODS [As per discussions in the GST Council Meeting held on 18th May, 2017] says:
GST of 18% for the following:
All goods not specified elsewhere
1. Military weapons other than revolvers, pistols [9301].
2. 9303 Other firearms and similar devices which operate by the firing of an explosive charge (for example, sporting shotguns and rifles, muzzle loading firearms, very pistols and other devices designed to project only signal flares, pistols and revolvers for firing blank ammunition, captive-bolt humane killers, line-throwing guns)
3. 9304 Other arms (for example, spring, air or gas guns and pistols, truncheons), excluding those of heading 9307.
4. 9305 Parts and accessories of articles of headings 9301 to 9304.
5. 9306 Bombs, grenades, torpedoes, mines, missiles, and similar munitions of war and parts thereof; cartridges and other ammunition and projectiles and parts thereof, including shot and cartridge wads.
6. 9307 Swords, cut lasses, bayonets, lances and similar arms and parts thereof and scabbards and sheaths therefor.
28% GST for the following:
1. 9302 Revolvers and pistols, other than those of heading 9303 or 9304.
Before the GST, the VAT normally applied to pellets & .177 weapons was 6% (by most sellers). Now the almost everything is in the 18% bracket - Syndicate (kiehberg.in) has increased ALL prices (for pellets & weapons) by a straight 18% on their previous prices. Other sellers have increased the prices by 12% (earlier prices included a 6% VAT - thus making a total of 18% GST).

GST exemption for RS on firearms only, AR and pellets still come in free as per existing DGFT notification.

I was also charged 18% GST on Precihole's PX 100. On my last pellet purchase the similar rate was charged by 10kya merchant site.

Yes AR's are being charged 18% as the same was included in the Bill for the purchases @ Gr. Eastern Firearm Co. However had a doubt about pellets which also seems to be on the sameline.
