My Precihole NX 100 loosing it's velocity

I have been using it occasionally (once in a month or two) and suddenly it started loosing velocity. Now it is unable to push the pellets out of barrel. When I pull trigger it vibrates for a second or two and the pellet remains in the barrel..

Please let me know how to get this fixed.

Thank you

There is possibility of damaged piston seal(washer)

Might be the nitro piston unit is leaking. Might be the breech seal is damaged.

Should I send it to Precihole service center or contact dealer?

Thank you

How did you reach the conclusion the gun is leaking? I have found that the gasram to be solidly built and even after abuse the gun still retains full power. How many shots have you fired? Download chronoconnect mobile lite from google play store, its a free app. Use that to monitor your gun's power. How is the breech seal of the gun?

I get puzzled....Why the hell on earth the gas ram will leak  unless it is defective.

ROTFL ROTFL
It is the oil that they use to lubricate the internals, especially the trigger assembly. It is clearly mentioned in the manual. The gas ram is filled with air or high pressure gas, how did you think it would come out as a liquid?
Get the chronoconnect app and keep an eye on the guns power, it takes a lot of guesswork out of the equation.
AFAIK, your gun is alright. Enjoy. :)
