Precihole SP50 Taurus Air pistol- Urgent help or Advice needed(solved)

Guys today i recieved my taurus air pistol and shot some 30 pellets. i used Diana shot flat head and rws round head. suddenly one pellet got stuck in the barrell itself, so i cocked again and shot, the pellet came out.. after some more shots when i tried to cock.. the barrell came up automatically.. now im not able to shoot nor cock... what is wrong guys... to visit a nearest dealer i have to go 130 kms... plz guys help needed... highly Appreciate your Advice.

Are you able to break the barrel and able to complete cocking stroke. And the trigger is not engaging? If so since it has an adjustable trigger try to loosen the adjusting screw and cock the pistol. If it works then adjust the trigger to your liking.

The Power plant is already compressed, so not able to cock any more. as soon as i break the barrel, barrel drops down without applying force . the trigger looks jammed so not able to fire.. tried safety, loosening the screw.

UPDATE: spoke with precihole they understood the problem, i have sent the airpistol to precihole factory for service.in the mean while also spoke with @Sathya.sniper who provided valuable suggestions.

[UPDATE] Today i recieved a call from precihole that they are going to send a replacement Air pistol. I want to admit that from the beginning precihole was very supportive in Understanding and addressing the issue and was very genuine in trying to solve it!!! Highly Impressed By their conduct .
