JUST FINISHED WORKS AND TESTS ON THE REGULATOR FOR THE AIRFORCE CONDOR WITH DUAL GAUGE (First of its Kind)

This has been one of my overdue projects and took a long time due to the various tests had to put it through. A couple of our forum members knew this was coming but didn't want to broadcast unless the product was tested over and over for repeatability and performance.

Would like to present to you folks a regulator for the Airforce Condor / Talon / Talon SS / Airforce Bounty Hunter with a dual gauge.

Why the emphasis on dual gauge ?

No more guessing at what pressure your regulator cuts off and worry about those changes in POI. These regulators have imported gauges which are robust and known to be accurate. Also attached to the regulator is a quick fill (foster connect) so you don't have to screw off the tank from the frame every time you want to fill.

One gauge shows you the pressure in the tank and the other shows you the regulated pressure.
Now you know exactly when to top up the tank without keeping track of shot count.
Set the regulator to the sweet spot, at speeds your pellets performs the best and just monitor the gauge.

You also know if your regulator has developed a leak, this has been a daunting task is the past.
One day of shooting the zero of your airgun changes and you would think the regulator is the culprit. Could be true also might not have been the regulators fault at all. No more guessing.

Now many users would be concerned that it increases the length of pull due to the 2 and 1/2 inches length of the regulator. So we came up with a solution for that too. Just screw on these regulators to the 400 cc buddy bottle and you would be retaining your LOP. So the next thing that worries me is , Oh I'd have to reduced the capacity of the tank from the standard 460 cc to 400cc.

Okay so let's get to the math :
The 400 cc bottles we have are rated to 225bar so you would be filling to a higher pressure, than the max fill of 200 bar on the standard tank. And the next point is the most important one. When you have a regulator, you have a pre-chamber with regulated output of air. The air from the pre chamber waits behind the valve to gush out when struck. On the hammer strike, the valve lets go of the air. By setting the regulator at average pressure, timing the valve by setting the right hammer force and speed you are wasting very little or no air. You efficiently make use of the air which counts for every shot. Thus the smaller tank gives you approximately the same no. of shots than the 460 cc tank (200bar) or even better. This is not to stir a debate that smaller tanks are better :) But priority here was to retain LOP.

Thanks for reading and as always special thanks to the forum members for inspiring me to achieve this fine product.

About quality be rest assured all regulators are tested to 300 bar. They are filled and tested for about a week to ensure they are free of air leaks. Imported raw materials and parts have been used in the making. They have been chosen, designed with materials and specs to the highest tolerances for the right job.

Safety is the highest priority for any of the products we make.

Soon will have the whole line of regulators for most pcp's available here.

Stay tuned....and thanks again....
Time for pics and some chrony numbers.

Having seen and hand held both this regulator and the quick fill adaptor, i can vouch that the machining and attention to detail on both are top notch and overall they are very high quality products. I was convinced enough to put my money where my mouth is and order one quick fill adaptor for myself and now am eagerly awaiting delivery for the same.
Pramod himself is an excellent guy to deal with, genuine and very customer centric.
