gd air rifle

hello to all members
recently i have bought gd600 am facing a problem with boring port where we use to load pellets the surronding is getting damaged after every short. kindly suggest your valuble suggestion for resolve it thanks in advance.
and also i had heard that gd is also making model 800 with German wood finish kindly give me any information upon the same.

Is it the pellet skirt getting deformed after you close the barrel ??

kindly find the pic attached the boring port is get damages as well the pellet skirt getting deformed after closeing the barrel kindly suggest me your valuable inputs to resolve my solution thanks for all members for extending their time for sorting out the issue.
