What else is required other then club membership!!!

I have been reading lots of articles @ IFG and other internet platforms on how to import an Air Pistol. Few things which are common every where is the mention of Rifle club membership. That is not an issue for me but still I have few questions.
1. what is the sense of paying Rs. 12000 to NRAI as membership of 5 years and Rs. 20000 to relish sport or any one else when i can get the same pistol in Rs. 35000 at Sharda Gun house in delhi.
2. If i have a NRAI membership, what else do I need to get the pistol cleared from customs if I order thru Pyramid Airguns.
3. What are the chances of getting the pistol cleared if I do not have renowned shot certificate.
The reason behind these questions is that most of the threads are very old and seldom any new information is shared. All those who are getting there stuff from relish or from any other online source are not giving feedback on their performance. To be frank I do not want to spend Rs 15000 extra if it can be saved. A gun worth $150 or (Rs. 9000) is costing around Rs. 25000 which is almost 3 times.
So my request to all of you is to provide the information as mentioned above. It will not only help me but all those who are interested but not taking up this sport due to the high cost.
Regards to All!!!
you may find that you get more responses if you take time to introduce yourself on the Introductions Forum first, and tell the membership something about yourself and your appreciation for guns. - moderator
