Dear Ankur,
Congratulation for your new toy....
This is a very nice rifle both for plinking and target shooting..
I have seen very tight grouping by Mastershot wadcutters...
However, you need to keep on trying various pellets till you get perfect choice.
Once chosen , better to stick to that only.

Master shot - round head works very well in the IHP.

If target shooting is what you wish to do then watcutters is the go to pellet, mainly beacause of its inherently tighter groupings at those distances.you need to try out different makes and grains of wadcutters.but do not dismiss round heads completely.some of better ones - RWS Meisterkugeln and H&N Excite Plinking Pellets these are also relatively cost effective, though I am not sure about its local availability.Indian one are Gsmith high force and mastershot wadcutters( I am sure there are marshalshot, mastercraft ...).
stick to pellet with weight around or less than 14 gr.

Dear Friends,
Thanks a lot for all your support and suggestions. I am finding it quite difficult to find wadcutters in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad, however I am trying to get it from Delhi or Lucknow. Also, please advise, if there is any firing range in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where I can practice with my new beloved at weekends?
The website of Khanpur Rifle Club in Ahmedabad says that the joining fee is 1,50,000 INR for ordinary membership.
