need some info for custom

Hello everyone
i want to buy airgun from many days but i have low budget thats why i dont get one yet, just want your suggestion on this gun, i dont have any club membership so if i buy this gun from amazon can i get any problem from custom ? want to know which type problem i face from custom ? they will take any legal action on me or just not clear my parsal to me ? they send me some legal notice or something like this ? and if i dont reply them what happen ? sorry for this type question but really i dont have any experience in this type issues

my buget is around 5k only and i want to buy good co2 pistol/revolver if possible otherwise go with springer.
