PCP Refilling

Hello,
I'm about to receive my IHP PCP Pistol this week. I had a few questions regarding refilling but the people there were unable to answer me satisfactorily. Hence this post.
Would appreciate any of you being able to help out.
1. I have a medical oxygen cylinder with me. Its rated to 300 bar pressure. Can I use this as a reservoir for the pistol by filling it with pressurised air? (Assuming the right pipes and connectors are available)
2. Where in Delhi can I get a cylinder refill and any idea of price?
3. Would a 79% N2 and 21% O2 mixture be a suitable replacement for plain air?
4. Any moisture issues in refilling?
5. Any other best practises for refilling?
Thanks
