need suggestions
i am planning to buy a airgun nd ive narrowed down to precihole nx100 scorpious .22
ineed to know
1.how will it perform?
2.maximum distance i can shoot with maximum force and without loss of velocity?
or any other airgun suggestion better than nx100

It will probably perform better than most other Indian brands of similar caliber

The maximum distance you can shoot with zero loss of velocity is 0 cm. Velocity starts decreasing at least as soon as the pellet leaves the barrel, if not earlier than that. This is bad news for all guns. It is also true for all guns

You have used the figures "16 JOULES / 12 ft-lb". That energy is calculated using velocity and weight of pellet. Since the vekocity keeps on decreasing as the pellet moves further and further from the barrel of the rifle, the energy also keeps on decreasing. It will be about 16 JOULES / 12 ft-lb at 0 cm. It will be less at 1 meter, and even less at 5 meters and so on. But the specific answer to your specific question about "full impact force of 16 JOULES / 12 ft-lb" would be true only at 0 cm and I am not making fun. I am only telling you the truth.
In terms of distance you will probably find that the rifle is effective (with fairly useful force) up to about 30 or 40 meters. By useful force I mean that if you can punch a clean hole in a tin can at 10 meters, the pellet may just dent the can or knock it down at 40 meters. Mind you, if you shoot the rifle up at a 45 degree angle safely in an open field where no one can get injured you would probably find that the pellet itself travels 250 or 300 meters, but at that distance it may not even be able to puncture a balloon. Note that most sports stadia with athletic tracks may not be 300 meters long so it would be unsafe to try this out even in a sports stadium. Also even if the pellet cannot puncture a balloon at 300 meters, it could still seriously injure someone's eye.
So the short answer to your question is that the maximum range of the rifle with useful energy for practicai shooting may not be more than 30 to 40 meters. The further the target, the less the energy and in fact a target at 30 meters may simply receive a hit at something like 5 to 8 joules. If your pellet is heavier, it will fly slower, but it will still carry more force/energy than a lighter pellet at longer ranges (eg 30-40 meters)
You would need some good telescope to hit a tin can at 30 meters.
You would need some good luck to hit a tin can at 200 meters.

The 12 ft-lb is the muzzle energy. It is calculated by measuring the velocity at which the pellet is travelling when it leaves the barrel using a chronograph and using the following formula.
Energy = [( weight of the pellet in grains ) x (SQUARE of velocity of the pellet in feet per second )] divided by 450436. This gives the energy of the pellet in ft-lbs. (at that velocity).
From the above formula you can see that both velocity and weight of the pellet determines the energy of the pellet. Even if you assume that the pellet weight is the same the pellet velocity starts decreasing as soon as it leaves the barrel and goes on decreasing as it travels towards the target. So if you want to know the energy of the pellet at any given range you will have to put a chronograph at that range and shoot your pellet between its sensors to find the pellet's velocity and then you can calculate the pellets energy using the above given formula.
Also remember that lighter pellets even though give higher muzzle velocities they loose their velocities faster over long ranges while heavier pellets retain their velocities much better over longer ranges.
