Indians For Guns

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a powerful air pistol in India,with around 400-500fps for target shooting.

Can anyone suggest what should I buy,whrere do I buy from and the approx price. I want to buy online..will the quality be fine !

You may try IHP pistol to begin with.
Power is not meant for target shooting but accuracy most.

No indian made air pistol has such power and even if it has it won't last long.
Try to import Air pistols from abroad which will definitely satisfy your requirement.

True. But they will also gradually get worn out and lose power. Unless you are into competitive shooting, I believe that local makes are the best because you can tweak them to your heart's content, have them serviced or simply throw them away and buy a new one because you have not spent your live savings on an import that gives you joy for 5 years and then dies.

Can I buy an imported air pistol online in India from places like airgunindia or relish sports ! Can they be trusted !

I find the Beeman P1 an excellent pistol. It is simple in design, good aim and two levels of power. I do not know of the previous vendor, but Relish sports are good. I buy from them and I love their service. However, You will need a club membership if you are going in for an imported toy. Now if you are wondering on memberships, there are already 101 topics on that. All the best !!!

If you can tell me, your budget and which pistol you are looking for, I can suggest you few things.

If you are looking for a pellet pistol, then beretta 92fs is very good option.

But if you are looking for blow back and real feel pistols then you should go for BB pistols.

As per my observation, pellet guns are more accurate and less powerful. Where as BB guns with gas powered are little more powerful and less accurate compared to pellets.

You may try Relish sports, or Airgun India which are Indian sites.
Pyramyd air and Airgun Depot are two well known American sites. Fedex has stopped shipping to India. You may try writing to both of the online retailers and check if they will ship thru other couriers. Airgun Depot does ship thru other couriers.

Firstly, I would suggest you use relishsports. You avoid the hassle of customs as they do the clearing themselves.

Secondly, I highly recommend the Tanfoglio witness. You can Youtube it. You will fall in love with her .

If your budget can be stretched,then the P1.
