Importing Air Pistols

I am new here and my name is Rohith, and I am from Kerala
I am looking forward to purcahse Baretta PX4 Storm Pellet Air Pistol but the sites offer this product requires a scanned copy of membership to any rifle club which I donot have. Is there any way I can get to purchase that gun?
I am also looking for any Air Rifle clubs in Trivandrum, there was one but on further enquiry heard that it has been temporarily stopped due to some issues.
