Benjamin Marauder Adapted for Peep sights

Hi everyone,
I recently imported a Benjamin Marauder from PyramydAir and the story is in the "Air Rifle import by Courier Section". I had picked this PCP Rifle because it was not only powerful and capable of being adjusted for different velocities but supposed to be very accurate (based on internet reviews and youtube) and the cheapest repeating bolt action Air rifle I could find. The downside is that, it was never made for adjustable open or peep sights, the only way was to use a scope which is okay for plinking and informal stuff, but I wanted to use it for more serious target practice. Since it has a 11mm rail for scope mounts, seating a rear peep sight was no problem (I used the Avanti version).
The big issue was mounting the front peep sight. I had taken the precaution to order the AirArms height adjustable front sight, which I thought would give me greater flexibility for adaptation to the rifle. The Rifle's barrel itself is shrouded and the shroud extends past the barrel by about 5 inches. The convenient part is that it has a removable end cap so that the baffles within can be cleaned. When I normally modify things I like to be able to bring them back to their original configuration. So the easiest thing I thought up was to make a muzzle extension on which I mounted an 11mm rail, which would now be able to take the front sight. The extension is made from aluminium and the rail is steel.
Although crudely made, and offset to the right, I was able to hit a metal pipe of 1" from a distance of about 25" repeatedly (37 hits- 3 misses my fault). Granted, that may not be extremely accurate but I am still in the process of fine tuning, and have just now managed a source of Compressed Air.
