I don't think any PCPs are made in India...
Although IHP were in the process of developing one - No one knows when it will see the light of the day
The process involved is very critical as the retaining valves have to be 100% safe & operative.
It's hence recommended that those interested in procuring one - Should get it through a recognized importer 0f repute - perhaps someone like 'Relish Sports".
BTW 'Aditya Innovations' makes a PCP named 'Arya' and is available with some arms dealers in Mumbai.

Comes in open/ peep sights. Fairly OK. Review had been posted
You need to contact IHP directly PCP AR/ AP.
Brihji has given another option to the IHP PCP which is worth looking at. Good luck.

I used to practice at the club with this one before I got my own match air rifle.
Frankly speaking not worth putting money on it.
You are better off investing in a well used but not abused FWB700 IF you are serious about getting into 10mtr Air Rifle shooting

What put me off IHP AP & AR both is that the cylinder is not detachable during filling. That can be quite irritating in case you plan to use it for competitive shooting and are all geared up. Now cost factor is the only plus point plus I have heard that it's OK for sub-90 levels. Which means if you are just starting and money is a crunch factor and you are OK with a bit of discomfort, well ... take a call. Good luck. Wish you happy and safe shooting.

Dear Chitapure.
I have this IHP National single stroke Pneumatic Rifle lying around for quite some time. I have rarely used it. Here are my xperience on using it for that few times:

1. Rifle is quite accurate ( if u can find a good rear sight for it. the open sight plainly suks and the peep sight is very basic)
2. Cocking action is light and does not need much effort, but pinched my fingers many a times by the lever.
3. While almost all Side Lever rifles cock back wards , ie you pull the lever backwards to cock (eg. Walther LGR Match Universal) in the IHP u have to push the lever forwards and then lock it backwards for the compression stroke. It becomes quite a fatigue and also u have to change ur grip everytime u cock it.
4. Trigger is LIght, but it feels like single pull. ( i have not tried adjusting it so dont know if it is dual pull trigger).
5. The front end of the barrel is enclosed inside a hollow tube, resulting in loud pop every time u fire.
6. It is heavy at 4.6 Kg, the cheek piece is not adjustable and seems to have been made for peep sight in mind.
7. The rivet pin holding the front of cocking lever is of two piece. while the lower one is held withing the stock. the upper one tends to fall out.
8. Construction is basic and easily maintainable.
9. The Probe lock is also very basic and held with just a small spring and held down with a small detent and screw. the lock is always not good and many times the probe moves forward and rifle looses compression while cocking.
10. 500 FPS good for 10m and nothing much.

Seems more cons than pros. but at 7000 bucks, and for beginners learing 10m target fire it just may be good enough... that is if u can manage to hold up the almost 5kg while cocking for every shot. If u plan to buy it. go for a front globe sight and a basic rear sight like the Williams / daisy peep sight.

Thank you very much for the review and the efforts you have taken.

I have small rifle club here, already have imported one pcp & one pnu. planning to bye one Pnu. for the training.

I thing this info is enough for anybody to take the decision.

The main problem i found with this rifle was its weight and inconsistant cocking action. If u may u can try the "Daisy Powerline 953 TargetPro, Target Sights" or the Daisy avanti 753. Both are starter weapons and i have heard only 5 star reviews about it.

About Myself... taken part in a few competitions, spent my entire youth in the firing ranges . Suffer from acute Tinkeritis (cannot stop myself from tinkering with any weapons i can lay my hands on). Currently have access to a large number of precision match rifles like the Feinwerkbau 700, Walther LG 300xt, Anschuts, and Pistols. New to the Forum Scene, Joined when i saw "Indians For Guns" when looking for tips on restoring my IHP Cadet co2, and correcting my Walther Lg 300xt cocking handle problem and Low FPS problem in my Styer LP2 pistol and to meet Gun fanatics like me
