3:- can I real import one if yes then how.
4:- expected price.

Sorry to many questions. But please answer If any of you guys have any infirmation on the topic.

Hi Vikram,

Available at Chandigarh a brand new air pistol PARDINI brand from Italy complete with tools/ 2 air cylinders, case etc. with RHS medium grip. Its the regular/standard model of Pardini-K2S Air. You can check website:www.pardini.it
Incase of any interest, let me know.
Thanx.

Yasho,

Please do not spam the threads.

I have moved your post to the Guns For Sale section (which is where it belongs).

Good luck with the sale.

Mack The Knife

P.S.: Yasho, I goofed up. Did not read the thread from the start. Your post is perfectly valid. Mea culpa!

Yasho,

The import via post, courier or personal baggage of an air-pistol or air-rifle in .177" calibre is permitted without the person having to achieve a MQS at the national level.

Mack The Knife,
Thanx for correcting me. So as you say that import is permitted via courier/post and as personal baggage, so in that case what is the rate of custom duty. Does one need to be a member of some shooting asociation?
And the benefit to those who qualify with MQS at national level is that they dont need to pay any custom duty! Is that right?
Thanx once again.
Yasho

Hi Yasho,

The import duty on an air-rfle/pistol is 35% of the CIF value.

Yes, those who manage a MQS at the Nationals can import an air-rifle/pistol duty free, depending on the discipline they have got the MQS for.
