Indians For Guns

Well here's my current airsoft loadout, going for the ISAF kinda look, havent got the mich helmet sorted out yet but it will come eventually...Heres hoping you guys will post pics of your loadouts too, cause I betcha some of you fellows must have some pretty wicked loadouts.

I see you have a US Flag on but that pattern seems rather dense for US woodland camo. Is it Brit camo?

Its that new fangled camo called multicam (ocp in America I think), its pretty good for dry brush or dry woodland, seems to work very well in Afghanistan and as the name says its supposed to work in a variety of terrain, but I find it too light for UK woodland, In winter its ok but for the rest of the year I prefer the US marpat camo-you can literally disappear with that. I went to an American international school back in India(long time ago) so I kinda have a soft spot for Americans hence the star spangled patch. Yeah airsoft is really popular here in the UK, though I have seen on the net that American airsofters are really into it big time too. Bet you must have attended some events there. Which reminds me I will have to upload some pics from UK games.

Well some pics of a Stirling game I attended, took it from the gameplay video so the qualitys not great but will suffice.
The scenario was that there was a election going on in a fictional middle east country(hence the red shemags) along with an outbreak of lizard flu and active resistance from the local militant group the DBR(divine brotherhood of roy). Since the local govt is unable to cope with the situation the ISAF(international security forces) are called in to oversee handing out of humanitarian aid while also keeping the peace-which does not last for long. It was a good game with about 260 odd people taking roles of civilians, police, army, militants, spies etc. Night fighting was exciting though my lack of NVG meant I had to be extra sneaky. Was held at copehill down, a British MOD training site so excellent for practicing FIBUA(fighting in built up areas) especially since a lot of military personnel-both serving and ex play airsoft. If any of you guys are in the UK I would recommend giving Stirling Airsoft a go, you wont regret it.

Great Photos! It does look like a lot of fun but how much do you have to invest in gear? Still, it does look like a lot of fun.
No, I have not attended any Airsoft meets. I have waaaay to many hobbies already. SWMBO (she who must be obeyed) would not be amused if I took up another.
I have done some IDPA and Cowboy Action Shooting and participate in some of my gun club matches. I also have a range buddy that I shoot with every weekend. Just buying ammunition and components for reloading is expensive enough for me.
In this area, paintball is big. You don't see many airsoft arenas in this part of the country.

It can get pricey if you let it, some people are happy just getting some basic surplus camo or replica gear and a budget electric gun. More often than not though most of us end up getting whole loadouts, with everything being authentic gear, except the rifles though even there some people take it as far as legally possible, me and my mates use gas blow back m4/m16's and its dimensions are same as the mil-spec m4/m16's, it even disassembles the same way, so my friend ordered a whole vltor upper, rails, magpul sights and stocks and decked out his m4. Couple those with grenades, extra mags, upgraded components, comms etc it definitely becomes very expensive.

Well I can see your hands are definitely full, but at least you are enjoying your 2nd amendment rights. Cowboy action shooting interests me, it does look like fun and handling a lever action rifle or a colt single action would be sweet. Do upload some pictures of those events, would love to see you guys in period era outfits.
