Interesting video. It appears that the flight time of each pellet is approximately 1 second. This sets off a lot of memories. I used to waste time in college doing calculations related to this. But that was decades ago.
If the muzzle velocity is 270 meters/sec and the range is 180 meters, and time taken is 1 second, the average velocity would be 180 m/sec
In actual fact the pellet starts off at 270 m/sec but slows down and my calculation tells me that at 180 meters (196 yards) it hits the can at a mere 50 meters per sec.
