check the ARH site before you consider purchase of JM products from Rajesh Yadev of Aaditya Innovations. his name has been removed from their page

rather than go into details... and keep it short...decided to get the bull by its horns...and wrote to ARH. Maccari is a tough nut to crack, but i did get his attention and he acted swiftly.

not that many people have been buying JM products from him....but just in case..

Sir can you write something that I can understand.

Who is rajesh Yadav? what is aditya inovation? what is JM?

And most importedly, What you want to convey?

Dont mind but if you have something to say, kindly write it, so we all know.

JM......James Maccari......an authority on quality springs and kits for air rifles for the past 3 decades.

Rajesh Yadev.........owner of Aaditya Innovations and contact person for JM products.

Aaditya Innovations........dealers in sporting goods.

What I want to convey....I have brought to the attention of Maccari...Rajesh Yadev's unrthical business practices. His name has been removed from their web site as their contact person.

importantly.......caution to buyers intending to purchase JM products through Rajesh Yadev, as at present he is not listed as a representative on their site.

if the mods are willing , i would like to highlight this issue with Aaditya Innovations ......Rajesh Yadev....on a regular basis. He cheated a 15 year old and i am sure he will continue to cheat others. i can not blame him ...my nephew was sttupid..period.

i am not proud of the fact that i had a very meaningful dialogue with Maccari...but he did mention a very intresting line....

my nephew asked for a 128 coil spring.....his spring is in the bottom.....thats a diana oem 128 spring in the middle and a Vortek 2g kit 130 coil spring at the top. even with the naked eye...what he sent my nephew is at least a 140 spring....rusty and used.

yes mods ...its up to you...this man is despicable...and needs to be shown for what he is!!

i will definately put pressure on Maccari to have aditya Innovations remove his products fromjs his web site.....

Be kind enough for what? Mr. Yadav (IFG ID Karizman) was banned from this site some years ago due to dubious business practices, yet you chose to deal with him. What is it that you expect the mods to do?

How u plan to book him? Old members know all about him and his dealing as mundaire has rightly pointed out... he was banned from IFG. Also there are plenty written on threads abt him.

My hurt with Maccsri...is ...the man was kind enough to take Rajesh's name of his web site...but the man has still has Maccaris goods on his web site.. this is not good!!!!

If my previous post was not clear - this forum is not a personal soapbox!

Allow me to recap -

a) You got conned by an unscrupulous dealer - once again let me repeat, by a former member who had been banned here a long time back for dubious business practices, whom YOU CHOSE TO DEAL WITH despite being aware of this. Why do you think people get banned on this forum? Do you think it is done because of some perverse pleasure that the mods get in banning people OR some personal vendetta that the mods have against people they have never met/ dealt with? Maybe you do/ did believe that, hence you disregarded what had been posted about said banned member here (prior/ soon after his ban) - never heard/ read the story of the scorpion & the frog from the panchatanra?

b) You have posted and made people here aware about it - so far fine! You informed others of what happened and in doing so helped make them aware of his (Mr. Yadav's) business practices and maybe saved some people from falling prey to similar tactics.

Now moving on, I see little point in you constantly "bumping up" this thread by posting more of the same. It's been said once, isn't that enough? How do you expect to gain from bumping up this thread every few hours? May I suggest the following:

a) Talk to a lawyer and send the gent a legal notice, if he does not respond file a case of criminal cheating against him. Feel free to post the process here, so that others may also learn how to go about bringing cheats to justice.

b) As I see little point in bumping this thread needlessly, I am locking it. PLEASE DO NOT START a fresh thread on the same topic, if you have new information to share - PM one of the mods with the information and they will UNLOCK the thread if they deem fit.
