Dear Friends,

I have a IHP 5.5
Can You tell me what will be the max velocity possible after Tuning It with TargetTunes "IHP tune Kit"

Synthetic Seal & Adopter ,Spring Guide,Spring and Lubricant.

And If I tune a 4.5 IHP what will be the Max Velocity,

Thanks

I already have IHP 35 .177 so to upgrade it I perchance Target Tune kit but after installing the kit have some issue with it soon I will post my experience

But if you are going for a new air rifle you can think about Precihole sports SX 100 Pegasus (.177) air rifle

Pegasus is more power full then IHP & the main advantage is the two stage trigger which you will not get in the Target Tune kit

The objective of tuning an air spring rifle should be to improve the smoothness, long livety and accuracy of the gun.

after market kits in most cases...at least in my experience.. smoothen out the harshness and make for better handling/ consistency etc. in the after market kits i have installed ( both JM and Vortek), my guns shoot close to oem power. it is the transformation that the kit does to the gun that is to be appreciated. both JM and Vortek also have specific high powered kits that can boost the fps, but in my opinion the harshness/ unpredictable handling creep back.

just striping your gun , deburing and applying the right lubes in the least quantity in the right places is good enough.

i have no idea about the TTI offered tune kits , but if installing one ; do so to make shooting a more pleasent experience.

after market kits will not necessarilly increase fps...they are not designed for that. that is unless the manufacturer specifies so....

gain in fps can be achieved with modifications...but then one needs to know where to begin !

PS: Tuning does not produce "Miracles" - All it does is to make your AR function smootly & accurately, making it a pleasure to shoot.
Any increase in velocity is a "BONUS".

Instead of top hat can we use a metal nut which will fit in the IHP piston
