Hi IFGian's
,
I am new user of IFG and a very amateur shooting enthusiast
Now I have already applied for the member ship in KSRA in Bangalore and in a bid to import an air pistol
this website called Relishsports.com caught my eye and it also seems an intresting one.
YES I HAVE BEEN THROUGH OTHER POSTS ABOUT RELISHSPORTS.COM but none answered my query.
HEre it goes:
1. Can anyone here throwlight about the working of this website as commercial import of air weapons is banned? (other posts answered only about different possibilities of ways of its working)
2. Can anyone share their experience if they have transacted through this website?
Pleaase experts help me as I am Dying to get my first Air Pistol!!!!!!
Cheers
And Happy SHOOTING to all fellow members.

Dear Amit,
Order your air rifle/pistol from anywhere in the world, club membership is a MUST. Period!
Relish is just a dealer. However, the major advantage is, you have 30 days replacement guarantee, AND warranty on any purchase.
Thanks,
AT

@Tiwariarun:
Thank you sir for your prompt reply.
Your reply has meet all my query and now I am confident enough to get my transaction done through relishsports.com.
But sir can you pls elaborate about the documents of the club membership. As far as I know the only document that can prove my club membership is their ID card and thats the only document KSRA said they will be providing acknowledging my membership.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Everyone,
I have purchased Wincester M14 from Relish sports about 10 days ago. I received my gun in 15 days. I provided him with the copy of NRAI card and CHd Rifle Association membership card and letter from Chd Rifle association. Service provided by Mr. Zafar is very good. Whatever time and quality he promised he delivered that. I have also ordered Walther Dominator yesterday on my father name which is costing me Rs. 47000/- including courier charges.
Regarding documents try to get the letter from your state rifle association stating that Air rifle will be used for shooting purpose. send that letter along with your membership card. In case you dont provide the letter and only provide the membership card the product can still come but sometimes customs people ask for the letter and your product can get struck at the customs department.

Hi Amit,
This is my first post at IFG & would like to order Crosman C31 or Beretta Elite II CO2 Pistol from Relish Sports. I spoke to RS & he is ready to deliver the gun after i do a advance payment. Can i trust him & make advance payment. Also i don't have Rifle Association membership card. Is it required for 0.177 caliber air pistol with Co2 power .
You have already purchased gun from him & have better experience with his terms & condition.
Pl. give me few point before i order from him. Your suggestion will be really appreciated.
Regards,
Mahesh

Guys dont kill me , for this post
Just a
,
When you can import with proper documentation, which RelishSports.com also needs.
Why not do it yourself.? I imported few with proper documents, absolutely no problems.
Can someone point out , any benifit to
BUY from this site.Kindly dont talk about warrenty,( replacements) free service here do the manufacturer has authoried them and there are atleast 100 of them , so they have autthorisation from all hundreds.
Is it about depositing cash in their A/C and your a/c is clean of any foriegn payment.
Regards.

Relish is just an agent.
As per my understanding, they are CUSTOM CLEARING AGENTS.
Dont want to elarobate, what these C C A do, in near future it will be difficult to release anyone's rightful AG imports.
Because, the men in white will see all imported AG with $$$$.
A humble request to all IFGians, read few posts already available in IFG, about import of AG.
You can do it yourself no need of any AGENT, I did it myself so vouch for it.
On a lighter note,
Dont be a pussy..... be an IFGian.

its not the question of promoting anyone i have got 2 airguns from this guy since he started taking orders ,, all operation flawless ,, delivered right upto my doorstep in the promised time & at quoted price ,, see if once in a while something or someone genuine comes up we guys need to appreciate it,, coz plz tell apart from this guy do you know any soul in our entire country of who will sell at the price he does ?????????????? ,, before relish what we had was a bunch of crooked guys spread across the nation charging almost 5 time the value of the product ,,and almost all these guys spread around a lot of confusion over importing norms so that the could make hay while the confusion lasts ,, only we ifg was the beacon that brought in some clarity for a few who wanted to directly import ,,

Firstly I am not promoting or supporting anyone & I never imported any gun
If someone asks why all imported air guns are charged 3 to 4 times of their value you will get the answer try it you’re self & you will know the hassle to clear it from the customs.
So the members like me who wants to import their first air gun will prefer an agent who can do all those hassle for them with little bit extra money for his effort

Hi friends,
There was a lot of hopes when the relishsports site was launched. There were certain claims that the website is catering to buyers in a very professional way. But, we could not find any satisfactory post from IFG members who can vouch for their genuineness.
They ask for large amount of money ( approx. 20 to 40 thousand) in advance - on a promise that they would deliver the goods after some time.
Although, some members - including myself - are eager to buy our dream air rifles of foreign make through relishsports, they do not proceed to make a deal as large amount of money , that also as advance , is involved.
It would be very kind if genuine buyers, if any, of Air Rifles ( not pellets) from relishsports come forward and vouch for their integrity.
If some members have faced any problem dealing with them, kindly let us know so that we can take precautions.
Regards,
Abbas

Got a HW 77K for the elder son earlier this year and will be ordering a HW 95 for the younger son later this month.
I am not the first to order an airgun through them either.
