How to import Air Pistol to India from UK

Hi All,
Good Day. I'm new member to this site and would like to introduce myself. I'm Software Professional and working in Chennai and use to travel frequently to UK on Project assignments.
Please guide me how can we bring Air Pistol to India. I'm coming to India this end of year and would like to know the smooth import process. Basically I'm not member in any Shooting Club so will it possible to import to India and pay Customs duty in Chennai Airport legally? I have seen website Relishsports which is an online Imported Airpistols. Seems it's not trustable so would like to bring Airpistol from UK. If it is legal to import to india then how much amount do i need to pay to Customs department? Appreciable for your swift response.
