That's great news indeed! Buyers of air weapons will no longer have to go through the trouble and expense of importing them personally. By the way, I feel this post should go under the air guns category.

I suppose commercial sale is not permitted in India. Hard to believe. Let's see. But if the sight is real , then it would be a boon for all of us.

I don't want to discourage anyone, but do treat it with caution.

Note the air arms section: they want you to contact them prior to placing orders. Does this mean they will ask for an advance, then go through a jugaad to import airguns via customs?

i will be very happy if i'm proved wrong.

ya... we have to be very cautious. guess the shop is in mumbai so we can ask some of our friends to esquire about it and the sale is not live yet.... they are telling us to register with the site and once the sale goes live they will be informing us through mail it seems....
all we can do is hope for the best...

yesterday night I also came across this site but I am not sure that its correct what they are claiming well I have requested them for a telephonic conversation lets see whether they reply or not.

or else I will try some of my contact at that place(bhallarpur mumbai) as they have mentioned.

No customs duties
No transportion cost:

And finally no margin

yes what happens as commercial imports are banned?

There are various possibilities. It could be a scam. Because I haven't read any notification from customs permitting commercial import of air guns.

so what s the point going to them as people are buying now anyway. they will surly charge one for helping them.

I just spoke to the guy. Nice fella. So it works like this.

Commercial import is banned. All these guys would do is get you the stuff directly from the manufacturer, and deliver the guns at your door step in 15 days. As far as my experience is concerned, it does take 12-15 days for the gun to reach you once you place an order with Pyramyd Air.

The only advantage is, Relish Sports has got 30 days return policy. Even Pyramyd does but you have to bear 100 USD shipping. Relish providing 1 yr warranty on guns.

They would help you import provided your documents are clear. The procedure remains the same. You have to be a club member.
