Metallic Silhouette Shooting anywhere in India ?

Greetings fellows members,
I just wanted to know if any of you guys know if there is any MSS as captioned, tournament held anywhere in India ?
I have witnessed and participated in these tournaments while I was abroad. It is a thrilling experience . You need at least .22 cal rifle for this purpose and it is done out doors , minimum distance that I know of is 50m , usually off hand. There are no rules and regulations , meaning as long as you hear the "clink" of a hit and the Silhouette goes down , you scored ! Then there are metallic plates dangling from a line and you hear that " Clink " and it spins a complete circle, depending upon impact of the shot . The most thrilling experience is to shoot the plate with a Muzzle Loader. But then, you won't be able to see the plate spinning or the metallic animal silhouette going down. Anyway, it great fun !
I can hear deep sighs among fellow members and a rumbling of descent against draconian gun laws in India that appall common sense ! I think it is the lack of unity, void from steadiness of purpose among the shooting fraternity and lack of a powerful gun lobby that is taking a toll on our aspirations in this sport.
God help us for we mean no harm !
