Air Rifle Club Membership - Mumbai

I have been following IFG for sometime now and finally decided to join the the forum. What prompted me was a total lack of clarity on good Air Rifle Clubs or sources of information regarding these.
The result being that you end up reaching out to all sorts of wrong, at times funny people claiming to do nothing less than train you for Olympics and enjoy your hard earned greens while they are at this noble purpose. At the other end are shoddy places with six months wait time for no better reason than that is how it is, or ad-hoc schedules of the management.
So the question simply stated - are there any well equiped Air Rifle clubs in Mumbai, with some amount of professionalism - in terms of shooting as well as dealing with their customer. Also, if some one could clarify if these do not exist.
Another obvious question I am repeatedly faced with - do you want membership to import an air rifle. The answer is NO. I want access to a decent shooting range (better than a bedroom) AND legally import an air rifle. And, I am a very law abiding citizen, who just happens to like shooting. As for alternatives - honestly its very easy to get an imported airgun the " easier" way if we are hellbent on creating one more bureaucracy and black market.
Hats off to people who pursue the sport despite all this. Cheers, and I look forward to some responses.
