How to acquire Target with IHP 35 0.22?

I recently bought IHP 35 0.22 air rifle from Gurgaon. I want to know basics of airgun shooting like :
1. Proper position to hand a rifle.
2. How to acquire target?
3. How to zero my gun ?

Please help me. If anyone canpost some images/video , would be better for all IFG members.
