Is your cylinder heating up? When I fill the Lp 10 from the tank, I lose some air when disconnecting the reservoir from the tank. Is this what is happening? If so it is normal otherwise some o-ring might have worn out. Only a guess, okay.

Methinks as air is under pressure and heated up the pressure would tend to increase. However as air is allowed to cool or expand it will decrease. When bleeding is done slowly that much time is also given to the air in PCP to cool and expand and hence slight reduction in pressure. When done fast, no noticeable change. Why not hold the bleeding for a while and see if PCP loses some pressure even then ? Else as dev pointed out could be the O-ring issue. Again, some guesswork here.
Good Luck.
