How to move windage - left or right on IHP 35

Dear friends,
The point of impact of my latest IHP 35 (.22) was approximately 2 inches up and 2 inches right. I unerstand that I should turn the Elevation knob Clockwise to bring the POI down and also move the Windage piece towards left, a bit, in order to move the POI towards left side.
I did turn the Elevation Clockwise and brought the POI down to desired level. But I do not know how to move the Windage towards left. I am a bit confused because the Windage assembly has a big screw fitted horizontally at the right side and also there is a very small screw just in front and below the " V " of windage assembly.
Do I have to take a screw driver and turn the big screw with it or is there any role of the small screw also? Also the " V " is made of very thin sheet of metal and is not fixed.
I request the senior members and also the proud owners of latest models ( Apr,2012) of IHP 35 (.22) to help me in this regard so that I can drift the " Point of Impact" to centre of target.
Thanks and regards,
Abbas
