Diana is known for barrel drop. Do a bit search here. You will able to find couple of good suggestion.

Hi Deepak,

Congrats on your new purchase. The rifle shooting low is because of the problem of barrel droop, which is common in all Dianas. I had a Diana 460 magnum which had the same problem. This can be corrected by the use of a droop compensator mount available with Pyramyd Air or any other online shops selling airgun stuff or by shimming the scope (insert one or two photo films or x-ray sheet bits) on the rear mount.

Regards,
Ebenezer

Hi Deepak,

Just 2 to 3 pieces of an X-ray sheet will do. Cut them to fit your rear scope ring and then place the scope on it and tighten the allen key.

:agree: + when tightening screws dab them in lolck-tite with q-tips or use your wife's nail polish on the thread parts only. That way the screws wouldn't come loose with use and recoil - Haji

Hope your gun is with T06 trigger, my advice to you is buy a rws drop compensated mount rather than shimming it up.

Hi adhaw,

> Since Diana manufacturers are aware of the Barrel Droop, they themselves have come up with the Drop Compensator.
Good Luck

If you decide to, there is a always a risk in shimming. Just make sure you do not shim to much or it could be the recipe to burst your scope.

Like Briha mentioned, do yourself a favor and get a compensator.

congrats adhaw. its a beautiful gun. i had a choice between the regular magnum and the classic ; chose the classic as i love guns with long stocks. gives the classic a much more sleeker look than the magnum.

Rijo is right , the TO6 trigger is definately an improvement on the TO5.

watch that scope! the 350 is is a power house.

Hi again,

I had to spent AED 2400/- for the rifle, scope, and carry case . I think I should remove the scope and fix it on to a PCP (May be walther Dominator) and use the open sight . And I live and work in Dubai.

In Dubai you dont need license and the shop Al Sayad is very helpful and have pretty good knlowdge about what they are selling, will barrel droop will be experinced with open sights also? I might also buy myself a Walther Dominator and move the scope to it ! Yes it has a T06 trigger and am yet to play with it.
Shoot safe,

Deepak

Your gun looks beautiful Deepak :)
Even today I called up Al Sayad and enquired whether they can import Benjamin Discovery for me if I pay them in advance, but they said its not possibe. For now they only have the Walther Umarex 1250 Dominator but cost is 3,3xx AED. Only option for now is scuba tank.
