CAn IHP 35 .22 air rifle be used for competitive shooting?

dear all,
I am soon joining a shooting range but i dont have a firearm.......so can i do target practice from my IHP35.22 in the range........also seeking some guidance for beginning in shooting sports...

If you go to the "Airguns" section and go through the thread on IHP Air Rifles, you will find a lot of info on the rifle. Read through it.

you can participate,but the question of scoring points is difficult.
just imagine you will be competing with anchutz,weirach,feinwarbeu,daisy,tech force,steyr etc..you have no chance.
practice with indian,compete with any of the above.

Dear Lakecity,
All airgun competitions are shot with a .177 bore. You can practice with your rifle to begin but a springer is harder to master, specially when your rivals are using guns specially built for the task.
So if you can't lay hands on a target rifle practice with what you have, you will at least become a better shot.
