Dear Jignesh,
At present there are two ways I can interpret your post:
1. You want to make your own pellets and want to know how. If so, search on this or other forum(s)/ fora or google and surely you shall find the required DIY. === OR ===
2. You have a metal rod/ wire that you think is .22" thick and hence can cut into tiny bits with whatever cutter and then insert those bits into the breech and shoot off to your heart's content. By the usage of the word "hard", I presume that the metal is non-lead, right ?
If so, BRO, YOU ARE BORDERING ON THE EDGE OF DANGER AND UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY. Assuming that metal bit gets spit out at ~2-400fps (with LEAD pellets around 600fps) - it is still a dangerous projectile. Non-lead means it will have greater penetration and non-flattening ability. Plus it can also ricochet from metal or hard surface. Which means you are now endangering flora and
fauna which leads to possibility of accident or deliberate (mis)use which now brings you under the ambit of unlawful activity.
The metal bit will also spoil your AR's rifling. Some APs do fire darts (e.g. Marksman 1010) but they are extremely low powered and with negligible max distance. The darts are usually fired at thick and stuffed cardboard or soft cork.
Unless there is a third way of interpreting your post - I as a fellow IFGian would advise you to REFRAIN from interpretation # 2 and would also request the seniors to guide you accordingly. In case it's interpretation # 1, feel free to do anything legal and experiment and share the 'gyaan' and 'anubhav' with us all. Good Luck.

OMG..... jignesh dont even think about interpretation # 2, as a_n has rightly said its unlawful and dangerous to everyone including your air rifle.... so please dont even think about trying it also....
regards and safe shooting.
Happy.
