In past I have sold few pieces of Aimco 300, the velocity, power is not consistent.

When I told Joy Biswas about this, he said IHP was much better than his own product. At those times he was having supplies from IHP which has now dried up. Hence, he now pushes his own products.

AIMCo is 800 fps in 0.22? Have you chronoed it? 800 fps with a 14 grain pellet will work out 22.60 ft lbs of energy which even magnum air guns like Diana or HW cant boast off.

Does not appear like "hard wood" - more like the jungli/ young mango wood of which are made the aam ki peti. Fibre/ grain ain't that of any hard wood. But then if it does tear through, all the more reason for you to use an effective pellet trap. Always follow safety norms. Good Luck - have a great shooting. :-)

C'mon Briha you know much better. No desi air rifle...that also a springer does 800 fps in .22. This is purely guestimate, the funny part is that even an air rifle shooting at 550 fps will go through such wood strips.

Bang right!!! An IHP doing 600 fps or so in 177 calibre will go through and through such a piece of wood!!!
