pls. guide me as I am new to this sport, I want to purchase an Air Pistol for 10m Air Pistol event, suggest me the various options with details of price (if possible), to finalize the weapon for me.

Dear Atul,
Since you are in Mumbai why not go to Swatantryaveer Savarkar Smarak Air Rifle Range (24455578) at Dadar and check out AP there ? I think they have a Walther, Feinwerkbau and also an Izzy (if they have it serviced by now). Talk to Vishwajeet Shinde, the Training Director there and he should be able to guide you better on the Competitions APs.

I presume you have undergone safety course for AG at some point - if not, it's advisable to do so. There's also the Lakshya Academy at Panvel run by the Shirurs, though I am not aware of course fees, structure etc. If you wish to shoot at MRA (including in any shooting event), then you *also* need to undergo their primary safety course.

However, I think things will be moving a bt slow till Nov 22nd. Currently GVM is on at Ahmedabad followed by Nationals at Pune till Nov 22nd. So feel free to use the time available to browse this forum among others and follow on various topics pertaining to AP or AP shooting. Competitive pistol shooters on the forum have FWB P44, IZH Baikal46M, Steyr LP10; also the variants with electronic trigger etc.

Apart from that you can check out Pyramid Air site for additional information on various APs. Post your introduction in the Introduction Section at the earliest. Welcome to the forum, Good Luck and Happy Shooting.

Congratulations Atul. I just read on this forum that Pardini also released K12 version, but I couldn't get the details of it on their website, can somebody throw more light on its specs and availability dates?

I have purchased my Pardini K-10 Air pistol through capapie sports, Worli, Mumbai who is the dealer of shooting equipment in Mumbai, (http://www.capapiesports.com) you can visit this site for more information regarding various range of their Shooting Equipments, I have purchased K-10 for 920 Euros which is around Rs.60,159+other remittance charges Rs. 1,862= Total cost is Rs. 62,021/-

Hopefully I have satisfy your query

Dear All
I am a shooting enthusiast from Navi Mumbai.
Am interested to buy K10 Pardini Air Pistol

I contacted one importer from Mumbai and he gave me a quote of Rs 75,000 for the same.
Could you please tell me if the price quoted to me is reasonable or I can get it cheap.
I read that Atul got the same for Rs 63000/- all inclusive price.
The euro rate has not changed much since March 2012.

Please advice
