Though IHP AP is the only INDIAN one that sends pellet over 10m - it's not that good for target shooting. In that budget, no 'good' Indian gun (AP/AR) is available. IHP Pistol in .177 is a rare species. In .22, someone on the forum recently purchased or was about to for INR 3300. It's no use in any competition (.22 not allowed) - good for conditioning hands. Any cheapest comp level AP or AR would not come under INR 25K. If not interested in competitions, but only in general ( rifle) target shoots, feel free to explore, i.e. research, around the forum for Canon, M200, M300, IHP 25/35, etc. Good Luck.
