Not closed down, simply "off limits" for commercial sellers. If you haven't already done so, see the announcements section for details.

You should call shop owners personally and enquire,you might be lucky enough to get one.
For contacts and dealer addresses you search this forum, has an amazing list in classifieds section.
If you are planning to import one,then you should definitely check the BARGAIN BUNKER section in airgundepot.com.They offer surprisingly low prices you can get a pcp in the rate of a springer.
