Air pistol price check

Guys Need your help.
I want to buy Walther CP99 compact model pistol. importing the same is very difficult for me bcoz i don't have shooting club membership or any license.
Then thought of going for seconds and searched online second sales and found my dream gun. But the seller asking amount is Rs. 29K.
Is it worth buying ......pls help / guide me for the same.....
