this is my first post out here, i have finally zeroed in on ihp 35 .22 readings various reviews, could anyone advice me where to purchase, local dealers at my place are out of stock.

i called up mr. makhija, he was unable to help, he vaguely referred to some high court judgement and getting a stay in supreme court about it.
now trying dealers in north zone. just might get lucky.
any other sellers i might try?

i found my self a piece at garg armoury newdelhi, real nice doing business with them. V. helpful
i got it for 5000bucks, also two boxes of round and pointed mastershot pellets for rs400.
had a friend of mine pick it up from them, i will proly get it next weekend when he comes here.
will post pics when it reaches me.

yea looks like it, may be its because of the delhi high court fuss, delhi dealers might have slashed prices.
i saw a post earlier where a user bought the same piece from the same dealer few months ago for 4500 bucks.
anyways cant wait to get my hands on it, will post pics as soon as i get it.

can you give me any ideas about tuning my ihp 35 .22, i have been through many posts regarding this,as i found out the more you read the more confusing it gets, still have many queries.
im looking to increase the power,fps(i would be mostly using it for general plinking).

Its a new stock rifle. Even i had this enthusiasm while i bought my new IHP... But as advised by our seniors i would like to tell you that use your rifle as of now.. Use as much you can. Use quality pellets not the cheap ones. I would suggest you go for Mastershot pellets. They have a good varieties for 22. Let the internals of your rifle get a thorough work. I have shot more than 1.5 k pellets in 2 months from my .177.. You will start recognizing the power after it gets a good breaking in. use an oily rag after every shooting sessions for cleaning your rifles metal parts and then store it in a plastic sleeve (not the canvas bag). Have fun now.. And think about tuning after somewhat 4-5 months. There are very specialized gurus in this forum to guide amateurs like us.

my friend bought ihp 35 .22 a few monthes ago , before the HC verdict.
Then it was cost only IR 3750/= only..

prasan you are right, i should let it break in first, get the feel of it than customize in few months, count me in when you upgrade yours, exactly where are you based.
