A small suggestion. Read that you are a member of a rifle club. Why do you want to get the IZH 46M from Dubai? Try to order one from Tim McMurray of mac1airguns. He does a little bit of work on the IZH 46M and sends it across with his own preparation of some oil. The extra money that you would be spending on the courier would be well worth it.
