None of IHPs come with scope. You can go for Delux MOD 35 with mounted scope(4x20). It comes at Rs.5700/-

Almost no indian made air rifles come with a rail to mount the scope. All you have to get are the 11mm rails to mount the scope, a good scope, araldite and you can do it yourself, if you have little interest. Make sure the scope is of ASR standards. I came across many posts in this forum about mounting the scope. So check them and you get easily enlightened 
If that is not possible, check the list of dealers in delhi [available in the yellow section], call them and ask them about the availability of a good gun smith in your area.
