Essentials for Air Pistol Target Shooting

Friends,
I am from North India, near Chandigarh. I am keen to take to 10 mtr.target shooting as a sport. I would like to know from where can I meet my requirement of the following:
1.Paper targets, 2.Pellets, 3.Compressed Air, 4.Refill Cylinder, 5.Target Carrier Machine.
Which is a good imported Air Pistol and from where can I procure it.
What would be its cost.
Whats important to keep in mind while purchasing one.
Please help with suggestions/information.
